Companion, Day Habilitation & Individual Day Supports
Our supports help individuals build confidence, social skills, and meaningful connections throughout their day. Staff provide gentle guidance and encouragement as individuals explore their community, participate in recreational and educational activities, and strengthen healthy, supportive relationships. Each interaction is designed to promote independence, engagement, and a sense of belonging.

Employment Readiness
We help individuals build the skills and confidence needed to prepare for meaningful employment. Our staff provide guidance with resume writing, interviewing, workplace expectations, and identifying job opportunities that match each person’s strengths and interests. The goal is to empower individuals to feel prepared, capable, and confident as they work toward securing a rewarding job.

Supportive Employment
We provide on‑the‑job coaching and individualized support to help individuals succeed, grow, and remain confident in their workplace roles. Our staff teach practical job skills, reinforce positive work habits, and model healthy, professional interactions with co‑workers, customers, and supervisors. The goal is to build independence, promote job stability, and empower each person to thrive in a work environment that matches their strengths and interests.
